It’s the thought that disasters are everywhere, and none of us can predict it. If you’ll probably think of it, it is scary to imagine how things will go if something happens unexpectedly. So, as much as possible, everyone should be ready and have some safety kits at home to be safe. You might think that this is not essential for some reasons, but it times of crisis, like we are in right now, will help you move faster.
As much as we could, we wouldn’t know what will happen the next days. And it’s not only us humans that rely on each other but as well as our animals at home. However, the sad reality about such a situation is people don’t consider their emotions. Sometimes there are chances that we disregard them and choose to leave them without any signs.
Dogs know if you are leaving. They have an instinct when you are about to go out and or move to another location. If you’re going to search for it on google, you’ll find a lot of answers to this question. And so, if there are circumstances that are drawing beneath us, where we couldn’t take our companion. We need to consider the dog’s feelings.
During the hurricane Florence, there are a lot of challenges that people have encountered and faced. It’s the wrong time for everyone, and many people risk their lives to save people from this disaster. All thanks to those rescuers who never stop working and tried their best to save people’s lives. However, as these things go on, people forgot about their dogs.
Thankfully, there’s this one rescuer who is willing to go back save the dogs from danger. Meet Ryan Nichols, a former marine who jumps into the scene of keeping safe and freeing the dogs trapped during a fenced gate. It may not be that much for some people, but for dogs, this kind of gesture is something that they won’t forget.
The most incredible thing that Ryan did was drive to Texas to help every one of the dogs to evacuate in the area. This kind of courageous act is something that no one can quickly bury.
It is said that sometimes we forget our loving companion and leave them behind bars because we have no choice. I also experienced this same kind of thing when I have to leave my cats and dogs behind to evacuate during a dangerous event. But it does not necessarily mean we forget them or leave them behind. Perhaps if there is a chance or way, we can carry them with us and never let go of them.
But to a dog, being left by those whom you treated family is something hurtful. They are being left unsaid without any solutions and reasons at all. That’s why we should get prepared and do things ahead of time. If you could, find some ways to save your dogs in different kinds of scenarios.
